Ajax Acro's Gymnastics Club & Durham Gymnastics Academy

To register, you can stop by the office and fill out the registration form, you can fax in the registration form or you can email in the registration form. The registration form can be found on our home page or you can pick it up in the office.

Note - Registration is complete with payment.  If you are faxing or emailing the form, a credit card number must be included on the form.

Payment can be made by:

• Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard)
• Interac
• Cheque (made payable to Ajax Acro's Gymnastics Club)
• Cash

The "additional fee" is a $30 fee charged for membership to Gymnastics Ontario (provincial sport body). It is a annual fee that is valid from July 1, 2008 - June 30, 2012. This membership covers their insurance.

No refunds will be granted after the completion of the 2nd class. You must request the refund in person before that class. The amount refunded will be not include the "GO fee" or the cost per class if they attended the 1st class.

Full refunds will be provided for any cancelled programs. This includes the adminstration fees and registration/insurance fees to Gymnastics Ontario.

We reserve the right to cancel classes due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In those circumstances, class will be rescheduled where possible. 

If a participant is away (due to illness, vacation, etc),  we do not offer make-up classes.
