What is Demo?

The Demo program offers recreational groups that work throughout the year to create group routines that they will display at events and demonstrations. 

Athletes in the Demo program will focus on floor acro elements and dance/choreography. For example, they will work on elements such as cartwheels, handstands, walkovers, handsprings, saltos, leaps/jumps and dance.

The purpose of Demo is to: 

Offer a unique opportunity to girls who love to do floor exercise & dance. As well as providing the club an organized group to represent our club at local events within the community, such as parades, home week, etc.

How do you join?
